Meet Ashli. Since her first day of class, Ashli has been one of our most consistent members in class attendance. Our favorite thing about Ashli? She’s always quick to befriend newcomers and make everyone feel loved in the gym-coaches and athletes, alike.
OUR QUESTIONS FOR ASHLI
What brought you to RHF?
Word of mouth marketing. A young woman who works at SC Fuel told me about RHF. She made me curious. Specifically she said “sounds like you’re bored. When you’re ready to actually challenge yourself, you should check out RHF.” This statement intrigued me and I was in my first class that afternoon.
Describe where you were when you first began compared to where you are now?
When I first started I was struggling to maintain healthy habits. I didn’t recognize myself after two difficult pregnancies and an ankle injury. I often tell people it was like I woke up on that first day. I’m stronger now than I’ve ever been physically yes, but it’s my mentality that has really changed for the better. I had no clue what I was capable of.
What advice would you give to someone who is on the fence about trying RHF?
If you’re nervous just tell me what class you plan to attend, I’ll meet you there. You’re not going
to find a better community of people to support you as you go after your goals. Try and see, it’ll
be fun.
What do you love most about RHF?
Most!?! That’s tough. I love fist bumps, I love hugs, I love camaraderie. I love hard work mixed
with good music and endorphins. I love wall balls and power cleans. Above all, I’d have to say
it’s definitely the people at RHF I love the most. The coaches and athletes of RHF are hands
down the best I’ve had the joy of knowing.
Tell us something we don’t know about you.
I am a published author.
